Weber’s Grillen mit Holzkohle

This is a true BBQ classic in my opinion – containing a lot of useful tips about how to achieve best results on a classic “bowl & lid” grill (e.g. direct heat vs. indirect heat). It also has a really good range of recipes, including some nice salads and vegetable ones (e.g. the Grilled Eggplant-Tomato Salad I posted previously). I am not sure if it contains exactly the same recipes, but I think the English edition “Weber’s Charcoal Grilling: The Art of Cooking With Live Fire™” comes very close. /Claudia
